By accessing or using PipeSheets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

PipeSheets provides a web-based platform for cleaning and transforming CSV and Excel files. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PipeSheets for any unlawful purpose or to upload files that contain malicious code, violate intellectual property rights, or contain illegal content.

5. Payment, Billing & Cancellation

PipeSheets offers a free tier with no payment required. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings, and you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier.

6. Limitation of Liability

PipeSheets is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
