With your consent (you can opt out at any time via the cookie banner, and we honor Global Privacy Control), we use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how visitors find and use PipeSheets. This includes page views, referral and campaign (UTM) sources, clicks, and session recordings of how you navigate the app. Form inputs and the contents of your uploaded files are masked and never included in analytics or recordings.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, and to communicate with you.

3. Data Retention

Files uploaded to PipeSheets are automatically deleted after 7 days (free accounts) or 30 days (Pro accounts). You can delete your files at any time.

All files are encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using our cloud provider's encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
