Does the check change my data?

Only with safe fixes, and only when the fixed value then passes the rule: spaces around values, the euro sign and a decimal comma in prices, and a leading zero on a valid 12-digit EAN. Titles are never shortened, nothing is guessed, and no rows are removed. You can turn automatic fixes off and get a list only.

Why does bol.com reject my EANs?

bol.com expects a 13-digit EAN (or ISBN) that follows the EAN-13 standard. The usual causes are Excel removing leading zeros, Excel showing long numbers in scientific notation (8.71235E+12), or a typo that breaks the check digit. bol.com says to add zeros at the front of shorter EANs to make 13 digits.

What price format does bol.com need?

bol.com's API documentation describes prices with 2 decimals and a dot as the decimal separator, between 1 and 9,999 euro including VAT. The check turns 19,95 into 19.95 and removes a euro sign, and flags anything it can't safely convert.

Can I download the list of problems?

Yes. After the file is cleaned, download the full report as CSV or Excel: one line per problem with the row, the column, what's wrong, the value before and after any fix, and the link to the bol.com rule.
